How long is the free trial and what happens after?
The free trial lasts 14 days. During this time, you can connect up to 3 data sources, create dashboards, and explore all features. No credit card required. After 14 days, your paid subscription automatically begins. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without any charges. We'll send you a reminder email 2 days before the trial expires.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, it's completely deleted. We never share your data with third parties. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Can I switch or upgrade my plan later?
Yes, anytime. When upgrading, the difference is prorated based on what you've already paid. Example: If you upgrade from Starter ($99) to Professional ($299) on day 15 of the month, you only pay half the difference ($100). When downgrading, you receive a credit for the remainder of the month. Changes take effect immediately and you can access new features right away.
